NodeMCU (ESP Chips) are cheap and functional boards, but are not integrated with the cloud, unless that to develop an architecture for it .Recently (a few days), I got a Spark Photon that he had bought (a month ago), and I've been testing basic things and seems very functional and powerful that board, and has already integrated connectivity in the cloud, with its own Cloud API.Then I thought maybe the Photon can be used as master of NodeMCU, the central command. It's easily send instructions (execute functions and events) from the Photon since internet, and this Photon can manager local NodeMCU which in turn run an API web for local use.
Step by Step Introduction
NODEMCU & PHOTON, The Best Combination :D
1. CONFIGURE PHOTON
2. PROGRAM FUNCTIONS FOR CONTROL NODEMCU
3. DEVELOP WEB FOR CONTROL PHOTON (USING CLOUD API)
4. SEND INSTRUCTION FROM ANYWHERE (IN THE WORLD)
