Project background and needs

PhotoNodes and Seeed Studio use reTerminal at US event venues so photographers and attendees can instantly view, print, and share photos while reducing extra onsite staffing.

Quick Setup

  • The server needed to make it easy to install software and connect cameras and phones.

Solution and architecture

Photo Ingestion

Cameras or mobile devices sync images to reTerminal over Wi-Fi, which runs the PhotoNodes software.

Preview and Printing

reTerminal connects to kiosks and printers, syncing photos through a web application; two Wi-Fi networks separately connect to the internet and the internal device network.
