Efficient Energy Management System for Smart Buildings
A stable device control and energy management system running 24/7.
HVAC, lighting, and meters all speak different protocols — data sits in silos and unified control never gets off the ground.
Add one gateway that translates every building protocol into a common language — people watch it on a panel, the AI assistant calls it directly, and nothing in the original system is touched.

Wired metering in a big building is expensive to install and hard to change — every unreachable corner becomes a blind spot.
Using LoRaWAN, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, and 4G, we enable remote data collection across complex building structures without wiring, boosting deployment efficiency.

Everything goes to the cloud: high latency, monthly bills, and sensitive data leaving the building — anomaly response is always a beat behind.
Our edge AI devices perform local analytics, improving response time and data privacy while reducing cloud dependency. It enables 'local data for local use.'

Monitoring sensors can often be installed with limited rewiring while the building remains in operation; any equipment wiring or control changes depend on site conditions and the available work window.
Integration depends on the device interfaces and protocols already available. Start with zones covered by interfaces such as Modbus or BACnet, then expand by floor or system; determine the connection method for special devices through on-site adaptation.
Both are supported — your choice. Fully local private deployment keeps all data and control logic closed-loop within the building LAN, never leaving the network; or encrypt-upload via MQTT/HTTP to your own private cloud or third-party platforms such as Azure and AWS. AI analytics also run on local compute, so core data never leaves.
The schedule depends on the number of points, protocol adaptation, and available work windows. Deployment can proceed by floor or system, with the detailed timeline determined by site conditions.
Definitely — and it is simpler there: one gateway + AC + meter delivers real-time energy monitoring and dynamic savings, no complex BMS needed. Chains in fast food, gas stations, and retail can also manage stores centrally, with headquarters viewing every store's energy on one platform.
Yes. The Seeed devices used in this solution can be customized with your own logo, enclosure, packaging and pre-loaded firmware, and existing models can be adapted to add or drop interfaces and features. See Customization Service for scope and process, or .
