One Watcher, AI services in the cloud
For small warehouses and companies starting to digitize. AI services run in the cloud, only one Watcher is needed, and inventory lives in the built-in warehouse system; existing Excel stock sheets can be imported from a template. Operators speak queries and stock-in/out entries directly.

Inventory data on a local host, with ERP / WMS integration
For warehouses with an existing ERP / WMS, or that need operator records or several work points. Inventory data stays on a local reComputer host; the voice path still uses the internet, so voice operations stop during a WAN outage while the gateway dashboard stays available.

For in-plant warehouses, high-security industries and sites with restricted networks. The warehouse system, EdgeLLM (Qwen3.5-4B) and OpenVoiceStream all run on a Jetson inside the facility; inventory data and audio stay on the LAN and no external service is called.

On-site interaction + local operation
The Watcher acts as the voice-and-vision interaction front-end, handling stocktaking, quantity reporting, and command entry right on the warehouse floor; a local server (reComputer) runs the warehouse management system with data kept on-premises. For up to 20 operators, face recognition runs on the Watcher and an R1000-class host is enough; for more than 20 operators or liveness detection, choose the industrial R2000 (Hailo-8). Local speech and LLM
Add a Jetson host when speech or the LLM must run locally. For 2–3 work points, one J40 (Orin NX 16GB) runs the warehouse system, face recognition and the local speech service for up to 3 Watchers, with LLM calls over the internet (Tier 2B). To keep all data on-site, a J50 runs the local LLM and speech synthesis alongside an industrial R2000 (Tier 3).

Pricing is per tier; the product page shows current prices. The cloud tier is a monthly subscription; Tier 1 voice cost is included with the Watcher; Tier 2A also authenticates with your SenseCraft account and needs no API key; Tier 2B calls an external LLM on your own API key and credits; Tier 3 has no recurring service fee. Warehouse staff run stock lookups, inbound/outbound logging, stocktaking and record queries by voice, cutting manual data entry and after-the-fact catch-up so inventory data reaches the warehouse system sooner.
It is a complete package — voice device, warehouse system, plus a cloud service or an on-premise host depending on the package. Use our warehouse system as-is, or connect it to your existing ERP/WMS.

Yes. Packages 1 through 3 connect to an existing ERP/WMS so voice operations sync back into it. The cloud edition (package 0) does not yet support ERP/WMS integration and suits lighter use of our own cloud warehouse system.
Yes. The system imports Excel, so you can tidy your current stock data into the template and load it — a fit for warehouses that have no ERP/WMS and run on spreadsheets today. Excel stock template:
Yes. Voice, barcode scanners, RFID and manual entry all work in parallel. Voice adds one more entry point on top of how the warehouse already works — nothing existing is taken away.
